Special Rebate: |
|
A rebate is available to all who are active/retired in/from the Armed Forces, Education, Fire Protection, Law Enforcement, and their immediate family. To receive a rebate the eligible individual must close escrow with United Texas Realtors as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase and/or sale of real estate. |

Buying: |
If an eligible Buyer executes a Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement with United Texas Realtors as their Agent, I will rebate one third (1/3rd) of the commission or fee received by United Texas Realtors at the close of escrow, up to 1% of the sales price. |

Selling: |
If an eligible Seller executes an Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with United Texas Realtors, I will decrease my customary six percent (6%) listing fee to five percent (5%), still inclusive full service. |

New Construction Home Purchase Rebate: |
|
A rebate may be earned by anyone who purchases a New, never before lived in Home. To receive a rebate the Buyer must, at their initial contact with the Builder, register S. Dutch de Jamaer of United Texas Realtors as their Realtor, and advise me of the registration. Registration is a simple process, and must be done. |

Buying: |
If on the first visit to a builder I am registered with the Builder as the Buyer's Realtor, and the Builder pays a Broker's Fee, at close of escrow I will rebate a portion of the purchase price to the buyer according to the following schedule:
For a sales price over $200,000 the lesser of $1,500, or one third (1/3rd) of the Broker's Fee received by United Texas Realtors from the Builder, or
For sales of $200,000 or under the lesser of $1,000, or one third (1/3rd) of the Broker's Fee received by United Texas Realtors from the Builder. |
Rebates may not be combined on one property, and MUST be requested prior to closing. These Programs are available as permitted by state and federal law and where not otherwise prohibited by the lender or Builder.
